- If you looking for a fitness/recovery certificate, details of height, weight, and photo proof of blood pressure, pulse, and 15 secs full body video of you walking. These are mandatory requirements for the issuance of a Fitness/Sports Medical Certificate.
- If you looking for a Form 1A fitness certificate the overall time taken to complete the process is around 72 hours from placing the order.
